The Sumner Group was recently retained to refresh Tina Smith Realty‘s identity. Tina Smith Realty (TSR) is the premier residential, commercial and property management firm for Gaston, Lincoln and York counties.
We’re currently developing various phases of the roll out, but here’s a quick preview of phase one: the logo update, designed by Creative Director Anthony Rodriguez.
Whereas the prior/current identity for Tina Smith Realty was disjointed and confusing, with no brand equity, the new approach solidifies a diverse company into a cohesive brand.
The company name was reduced to an adaptable (gender-neutral) monogram, with a friendly, approachable dynamic. A new, fresh color palette serves as the sub-concentration identifier. As the identity continues to develop, marketing materials and signage will carry over the color themes to establish an easily recognizable brand.
